On the 24th and 25th October at EDA facility, the OCEAN2020 System Requirements Review (SRR) took place, representing the first important milestone for the project. The SRR was based on the discussion about the three deliverables D1.1 - Operational Requirements Analysis Report, D1.2 - System Requirements Analysis Report and D1.3 - KPI and Requirement Demonstration Specification, produced by the Consortium. They were elaborated using defined methodology and with many interactions with end users (partners Navies or advisory Navies). The results are a consolidated methodology, 20 operational reference scenarios, 460 system requirements, more than 90 KPIs and a requirement demonstration plan for OCEAN2020 system that shall improve situation awareness of defense maritime operation using innovative unmanned assets such as UAS, USS and UUS
The SRR was also time for EDA to ask clarifications and share expertise with the 16 consortium participating partners. 3 Navy partners also participated in this SRR, providing their operational point of view to improve the work done.
