On the 19 and 20 July ECAGROUP participated in the OCEAN2019 event in Marseille. OCEANS is the bi-annual event for global marine technologists, engineers, students, government officials, lawyers, and advocates. These industry thought leaders gather to highlight relevant topics and current trends, OCEANS conference is jointly sponsored by the IEEE Oceanic Engineering Society (IEEE/OES) and the Marine Technology Society(MTS) and is one of the most influential international conference in this field, with an audience of more than 2,000 attendees. OCEAN2020 official poster was displayed at the ECAGROUP stand, in addition ECAGROUP & QINETIQ also participated in a roundtable on AI applications to unmanned maritime systems, overlapping with themes of OCEANS 2020.
